Delivery and Returns

For the delivery of your package, you have the following options :

STANDARD DELIVERY

Furniture delivered to the doorstep, handed over in person and against signature, at the property boundary, at the foot of the building or building entrance.

Delivery takes place during the day, from Monday to Friday, without time slots.

Delivery times are within 2 to 7 days from the shipping date, from Monday to Friday, between 8:30 AM and 1:00 PM or between 1:30 PM and 6:00 PM.

COMFORT DELIVERY

Furniture delivered to the room of your choice* by two delivery people, with unpacking of the furniture and collection of cartons against signature.

Assembly of furniture is available for an additional fee upon request at 09 86 33 85 85 and must be requested before shipment.

Delivery takes place within a half-day time slot (4 hours), from Monday to Friday.

Delivery times are within 10 to 15 days from the shipping date.

*Please verify the accessibility of your location and delivery rooms, taking into account the dimensions of the furniture as well as the cartons (e.g., access to elevators and narrow stairs) and inform us at 09 86 33 85 85.

EXPRESS DELIVERY (72h)

Delivery on the next working day (J+1) between 8 AM and 1 PM after shipping**, or on Saturday morning between 8 AM and 1 PM, available for an additional fee, upon request from customer service at 09 86 33 85 85.

**Excluding islands and the PACA region, Alsace, and Hautes-Alpes (delivery on J+2 morning after shipping).

PICK-UP AT THE WORKSHOP

  • In our warehouse in Chasseneuil du Poitou (86360), 5 Avenue des Grands Philambins, Vienne, Nouvelle-Aquitaine, France.
  • Monday to Friday, from 8:30 AM to 12:00 PM and from 1:30 PM to 4:45 PM, by appointment by contacting us at 09 86 33 85 85.
  • Preparation time varies from 2 to 24 hours.

DELIVERY TERMS

To meet everyone's needs, we offer two delivery options that you can select when placing your order. Ensure that all information that will facilitate the delivery is provided in your details (street accessibility, building, private house, access codes to your intercom, door codes, etc.).

  • STANDARD DELIVERY

by our partner GEODIS In the case of standard delivery, our carrier will send you a notification via SMS and/or email, giving you one-click access to their appointment booking site (compatible with PC/Mac, tablet, and smartphone). A follow-up reminder will be sent 24 hours later in case of no response, and a reminder message will be sent the day before delivery. You have the option of being delivered within 14 days following the shipment of your order. After this period, the package will be returned to us at your expense.

Delivery is done in person and against signature at the foot of the building. A specific delivery date can also be arranged by contacting us at 09 86 33 85 85.

Delivery is carried out without a time slot.

In case of unavailability, our partner will offer you the option to pick up your package at the closest agency to your home.

Other solutions may be offered by our customer service.

  • COMFORT DELIVERY

by our partner GUISNEL The carrier will contact you directly by phone to arrange the delivery.

With GUISNEL, a carrier specialized in furniture transport, your furniture will be delivered by two people to the room of your choice, even on higher floors.

If there is no elevator available, and beyond the 3rd floor without one, an additional charge of €46 per extra floor will apply. This information must be provided when confirming your order.

Please ensure the accessibility of your home both outside and inside to facilitate the delivery by consulting the product details of your order.

Your furniture will be unpacked and set up!

For furniture requiring assembly, please submit your request before shipment.

Depending on the time needed for assembly, an additional charge will apply. This service does not include wall or ceiling fittings.

The packaging will be collected by the carrier to simplify the delivery process.

Upon receipt of your order, you must check the condition of the package and open it to verify the condition of the furniture. The delivery person must wait for you to check the furniture and sign the delivery receipt as compliant or not before leaving. This is contractual and necessary for exchanges in case of damages.

In case of problems noticed when opening the package, specific reservations (indicating the condition of the furniture) must be noted on the delivery note.

Please remember to measure your rooms, door frames, staircases, and other access points to your home before ordering, to ensure that the packages and their contents will fit your space and can be delivered to your home and where you want them to be placed.

If you are absent during the delivery while the appointment was confirmed by you, a new presentation will take place and will be fully charged to you.

RETURN TERMS

Any issue noticed during delivery must be reported: on the delivery note by specifying the damages noticed on the furniture before signing, and to Robin des Bois customer service at 09.86.33.85.85.

Our team will advise you on the steps to follow.

In case of withdrawal, you have a 14-day period from the delivery date to notify us of your intent to our customer service. A written request will be required via email (form available in our General Terms and Conditions of Sale, Annex 1), and you may also submit your request via your customer account, under the "PRODUCT RETURN" section.

The product(s) must be packaged (or re-packaged) in their original box, complete, and show no signs of shock, malfunction, or evident use. We reserve the right to refuse an exchange or refund if the returned products do not meet these conditions.

Our customer service will contact you to arrange the pickup.

Your refund will be processed after receiving and inspecting the return and will be made to the payment method used at the time of your purchase.

Return fees are at your expense and will be communicated by customer service.
